Instruction:Â
Keep away from children Flush any unintentional contact with plenty of water.
wear gloves and goggles at work.
Add 15 -20 g Lye in 500 ml cold water to thinner
Wearing the rubber or latex gloves.Â
Dip the pretzel dough in solution for 1-2 sec. and place the dough on tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle pretzels with pretzel salt and bake.Â

The Lye liquid can keep in a glass container or thick locked plastic container for next time.
